The Elemental Group’s Accelerating Advancement Fundraising Plan package will lead you through the strategic process of developing and implementing a diverse advancement plan for your nonprofit. By the end of this process, you’ll have:
A written advancement plan that covers the entire lifecycle of support relationships, from giving policies to “thank-you” procedures.
Coaching support for the first six months of your advancement plan’s implementation.

Lead a whiteboard session with your team to identify current and potential advancement categories, targets, timelines, tracking systems, and communications.
